Yes. This is a seasonal park. We require campers to be placed at the beginning of the season and to remain in place until October. Most renters winterize and leave their units in place at the end of the year as there is no requirement to remove. There is no additional charge to store your camper on site during the winter months if you have paid your deposit for the following year and plan on returning in the spring. Campers may be replaced/upgraded at any time. Campers requiring service at a dealer may also be removed for service, but we ask that the owners be advised of the estimated departure and return dates.
Guests are allowed at Kidder’s. They must adhere to the same rules as those renting sites. The renter is responsible for the behavior of their guests.
New campers must pay the balance of their first year at the time of commitment.

Returning campers must pay the deposit for the following year prior to the end of season in October. 50% of their remaining balance due is Apr 1st, the remaining balance is due July 1st.
Your lot fee includes use of the lot, fresh water and sewer hook ups and an electrical hook up. Tents may be set up on a temporary basis as follows:
  • Campers must get permission from the owners and notify them of the dates you wish them to be up. This is simply for the purpose of owners walking through your intended set up to ensure you do not drive any stakes though underground utilities which run throughout the campground.

  • You are limited to 1 large family tent or two smaller tents per lot.
