When Mr. Gordy dreamed of creating a space where families could come together, embrace nature, and create lasting memories, he also remembered his humble beginnings. In addition to creating a community where families could escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with nature, he wanted to create an affordable lakeside campground that would provide generations of families with a welcoming space to enjoy the outdoors and build treasured memories.

Since his passing in 2021, his family has continued to embrace and honor him by managing the park with a similar mindset and goal of making this an affordable opportunity.

While expenses for the operation, maintenance and improvements have required us to adjust our lot and boat storage fees, our rates are significantly less than those you will find at other campgrounds throughout the Finger Lakes Region.

2025 Rates

Seasonal Lot Fee - $2,500
  • New campers must pay the balance of their first year at the time of commitment.
  • Returning campers must pay the deposit for the following year prior to the end of season in October. 50% of their remaining balance due is Apr 1st, the remaining balance is due July 1st.
On-site Boat Storage:
  • Seasonal Outside / Mowed Field Storage – Included.
  • Yearly Carport Style Storage – Contact the owners regarding availability and current pricing.
  • Winter Barn Storage - Contact the owners regarding availability and current pricing.

The importance of these rules cannot be overstated, as they help prevent dangerous situations and keep wildlife and campers safe. Fire restrictions, for example, reduce the risk of wildfires, while food storage rules prevent animals from being attracted to campsites. Noise limits and designated camping areas also ensure that all visitors can have a peaceful experience without disruption. By following these guidelines, campers contribute to a respectful and secure atmosphere where everyone can relax and enjoy their stay.

All campers required to review these at least annually and provide an executed copy for the owners.

Kidder’s RV Seasonal Campground offers a serene lakeside retreat on Cayuga Lake in the Finger Lakes region, providing seasonal camping from April to October with 54 fully equipped sites. Guests can enjoy private lake access for water activities, a pavilion for gatherings, a playground, sports areas, and nearby attractions like scenic state parks, wineries, and charming small towns.
