Today, our campground features 54 seasonal sites, each equipped with water, sewer, and electric hookups, spread across 7 lush, lakeside acres. Our park is designed with convenience and comfort in mind. Water supplied to the campers is drawn from the lake before being treated to ensure quality and safe drinking water. To maintain our high standard, the local County Health Department conducts monthly water checks to guarantee the water remains safe and pure for our guests. For your convenience, we also provide a dumpster for “household” garbage disposal.

Each campsite is metered for electricity, and renters pay their electricity bills directly to NYSEG, ensuring fairness and transparency for all guests.

At our park, we take great pride in maintaining a clean, beautiful, and welcoming environment for all visitors. We ask that our renters share in this commitment by taking care of their lots to ensure the park remains an enjoyable place for everyone.

As a renter, you are responsible for keeping your lot clean, neatly mowed, and well-maintained throughout your stay. This helps preserve the park’s natural beauty and ensures a pleasant experience for all guests.

We welcome the addition of freestanding sheds, decks, and enclosed spaces to enhance your lot; however, these structures require prior approval from the park owner to ensure they meet park guidelines and maintain a cohesive appearance.

Please note that all campers must be 10 years old or newer at the time of placement. Additionally, to maintain a consistent and organized look, camper lengths are limited to a maximum of 40 feet.

We understand pets are part of the family, and we happily welcome domestic dogs and cats at Kidder’s RV Seasonal Campground. Each site is limited to two pets, and all animals must remain on a leash when outside. Renters are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and for ensuring pets are not left alone in campers during the day. Please note that animals displaying aggressive behavior or creating disturbances may be asked to leave the park. We want all our guests to enjoy a peaceful experience, so we ask everyone be considerate of one another.

For family gatherings and activities, our spacious pavilion offers a perfect place to gather, relax, and enjoy the outdoors, providing much-needed shade on those hot summer days. The park also features a children’s playground, a large open field for running, flying kites, playing corn hole, or simply enjoying nature, and a basketball court that’s a hit with kids of all ages.

For those who love the water, our private lake access is a highlight of the campground, where you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, boating, fishing, and more. Our lakefront area features two standard docks for both fishing and swimming, as well as a convenient freestanding storage rack for kayaks and floats during the season.

We also offer an upper field for watercraft parking at no extra cost for the season, and boaters can launch their boats at nearby public launch sites at Sheldrake Point Park, Dean’s Cove Marine Park, or Taughannock State Park. Whether you're here for relaxation or adventure, the water always just minutes away.
